About the Georgia Marching Band Collective

The Georgia Marching Band Collective is dedicated to elevating the marching arts across the state of Georgia. Our mission is to foster growth and artistic excellence among Georgia’s marching bands, helping each program become the best band that it can be. What We Do

The Georgia MBC is a season-long circuit of marching band competitions with all events using the same rule book, the same prelims/finals format, the same state of the art judging system, and the nation’s best judges. All shows are members of the Music for All Affiliate program and aim to help bands across the state reach their fullest potential.

The Georgia Marching Band Collective was a terrific experience for us. Having attended two GMBC in the 2024 season, we were able to experience the consistency we were looking for in critique. I was impressed with each judge offering comments on what was going well and encouraging comments for what we were still progressing on.
